Who are these yoga, breathing and meditation classes for?
For everyone who feels like taking a break to unwind and recharge mentally or physically. No prior experience is required.

What kind of classes can be taught?
The yoga classes find their origin in Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga consists of asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breath-work) and meditation. We offer traditional Hatha classes but also classes such as Energizing Vinyasa Flow or Relaxing Yoga. The breathing and meditation practices are synthesized from Tibetan Yoga, Chinese Qi Gong, Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda.

How much do the online classes cost?

How can the participants prepare for the classes?
For the yoga classes wear clothes in which you can move easily, so (yoga-) legging/shorts and a sports top/shirt. It can be comfortable to bring something warm for the relaxation exercises. You can use a (yoga-) mat or towel. For the breathing and meditation classes you can sit in a chair or on a pillow on the floor or mat. For an optimal experience it can be helpful to turn off notifications from all your devices.

How long do the classes take?
The online classes can take from a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 60 minutes.

How are the classes organized? 
We design and schedule the classes in consultation with the initiator from the company. Internal communication materials will be provided and a streaming-link will be shared.

Where is the yoga location?
The classes can be live-streamed via Zoom or in your office
